Why is the failure rate so high?<\/p>\n<p>According to Eric Reis, author of the 2011 classic &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Lean-Startup-Entrepreneurs-Continuous\/dp\/0307887898\/\">The Lean Startup<\/a>,&#8221; most new projects fail because they use the wrong processes.
