Covid-19 gave us a unique opportunity to reimagine the future of work and nearly all of us have experienced a new way of working.<\/h3>\n\n \n <\/div>\n<\/div> \n\n\n

Since March 2020 remote working has increased by 138%. But how has this impacted the way people learn?\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our Learner Intelligence report, we give a voice to employees to better understand what motivates them to learn and the impact different working arrangements have on their learning.  We\u2019ve also explored several key areas related to the employee learning experience and provided guidance and support to L&D leaders and business leaders looking to make an impact with their L&D strategy.   <\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div> \n\n\n\n

    All figures, unless otherwise stated, are from YouGov Plc. Total sample size was 2044 adults. Fieldwork was undertaken between 9th – 15th November 2021. The survey was carried out online.
