This in-depth survey of more than 2,000 managers and their skills, priorities, challenges, and approaches to learning highlighted that:<br>\u2022 50% of managers don\u2019t receive any support from their organization when they first become a manager<br>\u2022 Only 58% of those who did, said that they were satisfied with the support they received.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of this new partnership is to guide new managers in their transition from team member to team leader and to equip managers and leaders with the critical skills they need to fulfil their current and future workplace performance goals.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rob Anderson, Head of Partnerships, Mindtools<\/strong>, says:<br><em>\u201cMindtools\u2019 vision is to cultivate resilient managers and leaders who can lead with skills, insight and empathy.
