These workshops reflect that balance, combining assessment,&nbsp;insights&nbsp;and instructor-led skills development to drive&nbsp;meaningful, measurable behaviour change.\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Turning manager skills insights into&nbsp;practical, measurable change&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0programme begins with Mindtools Kineo\u2019s\u00a0scientifically validated\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindtools.com\/blog\/mind-tools-launches-new-manager-skills-assessment\/\">Manager Skills Assessment (MSA)<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0This provides\u00a0individuals and organizations with a clear picture of strengths and development priorities\u00a0at both individual and cohort levels. Assessment results are used to tailor\u00a0skills development pathways, enabling participants to select workshops aligned to their specific needs,\u00a0rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ross Garner, Chief Learning Officer at Mindtools Kineo<\/strong>,&nbsp;says:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2018Our goal is to solve the real frustrations organizations have with management training&nbsp;\u2013 generic content, low engagement, and limited evidence of impact. By starting with assessment data, managers can focus on&nbsp;the skills that matter most to their role and context. These workshops are about changing behaviour, not ticking a completion box, and about being able to&nbsp;evidence&nbsp;that change through on-going feedback and&nbsp;post-programme measurement.\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modular programme\u00a0comprises\u00a012 interactive workshops aligned to the 12 core\u00a0capabilities assessed in the Manager Skills Assessment.
